Cancel 7 days prior to arrival to avoid charges. If you book on the same day and do not show up at the hotel, there will be no refund. To process your refund, please allow up to 3 days prior to your reservation. Refunds will be issued by bank check. Yes, it is possible to do so by giving advance notice, starting with your reservation, and depending on hotel availability.
We only accept pets in the campsite area. Pets are not allowed in the rooms.
It’s not included in your reservation rate. However, we do have a Restaurant Bar, which has a delicious breakfast menu!
We have free parking for our guests. If you park without being a guest, a fee of $200 MXN per vehicle will be charged.
